ADI Apprenticeship

An ADI apprenticeship takes 3 to 4 years to complete, and works towards an Advanced Apprenticeship Level 3 qualification.

The initial engineering basics training will be broad based. You will need to attend training at a local college or training provider, as well as completing all assignments and modules to a high standard to ensure you successfully complete your Apprenticeship.

ADI Apprenticeship roles are on offer within each of ADI’s 30 business divisions, which means the experiences are endless. For example, an ADI Apprenticeship could be on offer in one of the following business areas:

  • Automotive
  • Electrical
  • Mechanical
  • Facilities Management
  • Process Pipework
  • Business Admin

ADI is also a proud member of The 5% Club. By joining the Club, ADI has committed to 5% of their staff being apprentices on a structured “earn and learn” training scheme. In addition, ADI also launched its own Apprentice Academy in 2014. This is designed to help develop and mentor young people who are interested in a career in engineering.
