PBA was founded on providing consulting and engineering services within the built environment. Planning

The planning team specialises in development management, planning policy and evidence services. PBA has a strong network of strategic partnerships in masterplanning, urban design, and political engagement. Transport
PBA helps clients understand how people move around and between places, as well as how this can affect choices about policy development, land use and scheme design.
