The Siemens UK Finance & Commercial Academy is rotational programme that runs nationwide in locations such as Frimley, Manchester, Lincoln, Poole and Newcastle. It’s a great alternative to university that’ll see you travelling around the country, developing your skills and earning a salary at the same time.
Over the three years, you’ll work towards a professional qualification while gaining hands-on experience in one of the biggest companies in the world. You will study for the CIMA Certificate in Business Accounting and the CIMA Diploma in Management Accounting. By the time you leave the programme, you’ll be close to being fully qualified.
The Finance & Commercial Academy tends to recruit 5-10 people per year, although this can vary according to the current business needs.

Education Requirements for Siemens
The Education Requirements for a Siemens Apprenticeship vary according to the specific role for which you are applying:
Advanced apprenticeship (3-4 years)
- 4 GCSEs at grade 4 or above* including Maths, English and Science.
Higher apprenticeship (2-4 years)
- BTEC National Certificate / A Levels in a relevant discipline.
Finance & Commercial Academy:
- 3 C grades at A Level or equivalent, as well as 3 GCSEs grade C or above in Maths, English and ideally, IT.
