School Leaver Apprenticeship:
You will also study towards a BTEC Level 3 in either building services, civil engineering, transport planning, rail design, surveying or business administration. This will be over a two-to-three-year period on either a block- or day-release basis.
You will also study at University towards a BEng or BSc in either building services, civil engineering, project management or surveying. This will be over a five-year period on either a block- or day-release basis.

Education Requirements for WSP
The Education Requirements for the WSP Apprenticeship programme will vary according to the specific role for which you are applying. However, here are some general guidelines:
School Leaver Apprenticeship:
- 5 GCSEs including English, Maths and Science, with at least a grade B in Maths.
- As per the School Leaver Apprenticeship as well as 3 A levels, grade BCC with a C in Physics, Maths or Further Maths
- Alternatively, a BTEC Extended Diploma in an engineering-related subject.

The WSP Apprenticeship programme is open for applications all year round until all roles are filled. However, the company advises that closing dates for the WSP Apprenticeship programme are March each year, for roles starting in September.
