Bentley Motors Apprenticeship – Testing & Development:
IT Digital Product Testing:
You will specialise in areas such as Connected Car testing and work with Bentley Engineers and the wider VW Group. As part of the Connected Car team, you will be testing some of the latest technology in the automotive industry. The team is responsible for setting up, testing and managing the new online services for all Bentley’s international markets. You will also be responsible for developing a strategy to introduce the luxury services of the future.
Engineering – Powertrain & Systems Test:
You will specialise in areas such as Vehicle Emissions Testing working with Powertrain Engineering, Quality and Vehicle Certification departments. As part of the Powertrain and Systems Test department, you will be testing a wide range of Bentley components, systems and vehicles. This is to ensure Bentley products exceed customer expectations and meet the relevant worldwide legal standards.
Bentley Motors Apprenticeship – Manufacturing & Production:
In Production Planning, you will be working with Engineering, Quality, Launch & Production. As part of the Powertrain Production Planning team, you will define and implement the assembly processes for multiple powertrain variants. This includes the pre-series phases, as well as supporting validation on the assembly line in conjunction with the Launch team.
Mulliner – Electrical:
This role specialises in Electrical Engineering support for the creation of individually specified motor cars for Bentley’s most discerning customers. You will be working with all engineering functions, as well as multiple internal areas including Production, Press & Special, Engineering and specialist outside agencies. By joining the Mulliner Engineering function, you will also carry out multi-skilled activities synonymous with a Technician role.
Bentley Motors Apprenticeship – Commercial Roles:
Business to Business Sales Professional:
You will be involved in the operational side of the Bentley Sales and Marketing team. The role requires working closely with the Bentley Retailer network, to understand the commercial requirements of the Retailer network. This knowledge must be translated into programmes and plans which meet the needs of internal stakeholders such as Finance and Logistics. You will work in areas such as Sales Operations, Regional Field Management, Pre-Owned, Aftersales Commercial, Central Logistics and Finance, as well as all areas of Central Sales and Marketing, Regional teams plus Finance.
The Bentley Motors Occupational Health team is an on-site service at the heart of the business, committed to ensuring the optimal health and wellbeing of all employees. An Occupational Health Physician is on site one day per week, there is a full time physiotherapy service based within the department, and a podiatrist on site fortnightly. As part of the Occupational Health team, you will undertake health checks to ensure people are not becoming unwell from hazards such as noise, vibration, chemicals, manual handling or stress. The role involves the opportunity to work as part of a small team and to deliver health education to workers throughout the business.
