De Montfort University

The De Montfort University campus in Leicester is one of the finest in the country. The University recently invested £136 million to make it the very definition of a modern 21st-Century place to study. Since De Montfort University is located right in the heart of Leicester, it blends the historic with the new. It respects the tradition of the area and its buildings, while simultaneously creating a new legacy of its own.

The stunning new Vijay Patel Building houses the Art and Design courses in a building as creative as the students who study there. De Montfort University has also restored Leicester Castle which is located on the edge of the university campus. This gives new life to this historic gem, which is now the base for the Leicester Castle Business School.
