Graduate Jobs with Audi
The Audi Graduate Jobs programme is a structured two-year programme based at the company’s headquarters in Milton Keynes. The programme will provide you with the opportunity to experience a variety of roles, business areas and functions. The programme is made up of a series of rotational placements. These can include anything from managing product merchandise to reporting on used car sales performance. Or you may find yourself managing dealer marketing activities and designing new aftersales customer retention programmes. At the end of the two year Audi Graduate Jobs programme, you will have a broad commercial knowledge and expertise of the business. This experience will set you up for your future career in the industry.
The two year programme combines on-the-job learning with structured formal training and regular collaboration with senior leadership. You will be assigned a mentor, who’ll be on-hand to offer insight and advice throughout your placements. In addition, you will have regular meetings with your manager to create a personal and professional development plan, and map your progress against it. You will accelerate your development by shadowing other departments and spending time on-the-road. If you want to explore new projects or take on new challenges, the answer will be ‘yes’. In addition to this, you will complete three structured training courses during your first year (such as personal branding and presentation skills).
Upon satisfactory completion of the two year Audi Graduate Jobs programme, the company will offer you a permanent role. You will also have the opportunity to specialise if there’s a particular business area or function in which you believe you can be most effective and can deliver the best results for the business. You can also apply for a one-year international placement at the end of the programme, which is ideal for candidates who wish to broaden their horizons even further by working abroad for an additional 12 months.
In addition to the Audi Graduate Jobs summarised below, Audi also offer a range of Apprenticeships across the brand’s Dealership network:
