These follow a structured training programme which also includes two 3-month placements in other areas of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars. Aftersales: Responsible for creating, implementing and maintaining all concepts, standards and processes which will ensure that the service capability for Rolls-Royce cars is secured worldwide and that a unique ownership experience for customers is preserved, by providing the best possible support for Service and Warranty processes, Parts Supply and Product & proposition Development.
Assembly: The Assembly department at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Limited is responsible for all processes, facilities and operations to ensure the complete assembly of the highest quality vehicle. These operations include control and compliance of quality, production and planning methods both in series production and new product development. May also include interfacing with other manufacturing and development sites within the Global BMW production network.
Logistics Planning: Supporting the Logistics Team with their role to develop and direct the supply chain. Also responsible for material flow, logistics structure, packaging, inbound and outbound transport and vehicle distribution for New Product integration (NPI), as well as series launches, running changes and bespoke products.
Parts Quality Management: Quality Management Parts is responsible for ensuring that parts delivered from suppliers continuously achieve the standards laid out in the engineering specification. In the event that components do not meet the required specification, a Quality Specialist Team (QSB) are responsible for controlling the situation through robust and specific check and containment processes.
Product Management: to support, align and resolve sales and marketing product topics for the vehicle throughout the organisation. You will also be responsible for the creation of product bulletins and market intelligence within the product team.
Quality Management: The position covers many different aspects including Quality Management, Conformity of Production, Calibration and Product Quality, in addition to Problem Management.
Sales Operation: The Sales Operations team is a key partner supporting the delivery of the company’s sales results. Tasks include setting targets and monitoring dealer and regional support for order intakes. Also has responsibility for volume planning and optimisation, management of tactical sales budgets and ownership of the company’s global used car strategy, as well as provenance.
Trade Compliance: The Accounting, Reporting & Compliance department work closely with a wide array of business functions, based both in Goodwood and internationally, in order to complete important analytical tasks and provide information to allow appropriate governance of the business. Therefore, this graduate role will largely concentrate on the Trade Compliance tasks.
