Graduate Jobs with Volkswagen Financial Services
There are a range of Volkswagen Financial Services Graduate Jobs available at one of three locations in Milton Keynes.
The Volkswagen Financial Services Graduate Jobs programme is designed to grow a new generation of VWFS business leaders. It’s a two-year journey that progresses quickly, with business rotations, project work and formal qualifications. When you step into your first management role, you’ll be fully equipped with the commercial mindset, people skills and business knowledge to make an impact.
The programme takes 2 years to complete. Candidates will complete placements in four of the following areas: Sales, Brand Management, Customer Operations, Fleet or Risk. Over two years, these six-month rotations will give you an in-depth view of the company, insight into different functions and a platform for development.
As well as your rotations, you will also have the opportunity to experience short immersions in specialist departments such as IT, HR and Finance. Building this broad knowledge will help you to understand where you excel and where your real career interests lie.
Every new graduate has a mentor to guide them, along with a structured learning and development programme that includes group projects, formal training, eLearning and external visits to suppliers and dealers. As part of your development, you will also have the opportunity to study for a paid-for post-graduate qualification. Once you know your area of specialism, this will be a vital element in your ongoing professional development.
After the formal programme is complete, you will have the opportunity to further accelerate your career progression by finding and applying for a role that best suits your skills and your ambitions. That might mean re-joining one of the teams you’ve already worked within or even taking on a new challenge.
Volkswagen Financial Services also offer 12-month Undergraduate Placements. These are also available in many different areas to suit students from all degree backgrounds. From mentoring in local schools to formal presentations to the Board of Management, this is a varied, inspiring 12-month experience that you’ll never forget. Right from the moment you walk through the door, you’ll work alongside other undergrads, build a thriving social network, drive a brand new car and accelerate your own learning.
Undergraduate Placements run for 12 months from June each year. These are also based in one of three locations in Milton Keynes.
